1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Znaak account or using the service, you agree to the terms described on this page. These terms will form the contract between you and Znaak once finalized. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the most recent version.
2. Use of the Service
Znaak is provided for designers, studios, and their clients to manage design approvals. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation. Acceptable-use details are being prepared.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Reviewers you invite act under your project workspace. Account management responsibilities will be described in full in the final terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
Znaak offers Free, Pro, and Studio plans with different project limits and features. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Detailed pricing, taxes, and renewal terms will appear here with the published version.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of every design, comment, and approval record you upload to Znaak. We retain ownership of the Znaak platform, branding, and underlying technology. A complete license summary will be included in the final document.
6. Limitation of Liability
Znaak is provided on an "as is" basis while we continue to build the platform. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited. The exact limitations and exclusions are being finalized with counsel.
